Excellency: Referring to the embassy’s note of the 8th instant, regarding the receipt of ammunition at Ojinaga by Gen. Luque, I have the honor to inclose for your information and consideration a copy of a letter from the Assistant Attorney General,¹ stating that the matter will be given attention and suggesting that his department be advised in advance of future shipments of the kind mentioned.
