At today’s meeting of Diplomatic Corps but without Italian Minister, it was decided to request our respective Governments to bring to the attention of Italian Government the fact that cities of Addis Ababa and Diredawa are open and undefended. The former contains about 6,000 and the latter about 2,000 foreign nationals including many women and children.
