With regard to decision of Diplomatic Corps in Addis Ababa to request their respective Governments to call to the attention of the [Page 893] Italian Government the special position of the open cities of Addis Ababa and Diredawa containing as they do several thousand foreign residents, we would be glad to have a report of any action that may have been taken by the Governments now represented at Addis Ababa.
